How do I know if I’m pregnant? Are there any signs and symptoms I should look out for?

There are many different signs & symptoms to look out for if you think you may be pregnant. Below is a early pregnancy symptoms list that will help guide you and may give you some sort of indication on whether you may be pregnant or not.

  • Nausea and Vomiting

  • Breast Tenderness

  • Frequent Urination

  • Feeling Tired /Sluggish

  • Missed Period / Light Bleeding

  • Dizziness and/or Fainting

  • Constipation

  • Irritability

  • Heartburn

If you have the above symptoms it is advised to get a home pregnancy test from the clinic or pharmacy and/or book an appointment at your local GP and he/she will do blood tests to confirm your pregnancy and give you an estimated date of delivery.

Please note that each women reacts differently and the above may not affect you as soon as conception takes place.
